Born in Paris on 27 December 1970, Jean-Serge Boissavit graduated with a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and a DEA (Masters in economic and business law) from the Université Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
He started his career in 1994 within the Office of the General Counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London.
In 1997, he joined Bouygues as a financial officer within the Development and Financial Engineering department.
After having been appointed partner and Business Development Director in the start-up Constructeo, he joined VINCI in 2003 in the Structured Finance department. In 2006, he was appointed Director of the Moscow-St. Petersburg motorway project. In 2011, he took charge of the overseas development of VINCI Concessions.
In May 2016, he was appointed Business Development Director for Vinci Construction.
