  • VINCI Construction develops its expertise in marine work projects by acquiring a majority stake in Australian company Brady Marine & Civil

VINCI Construction subsidiary Soletanche Bachy has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in Brady Marine & Civil, a company based in Queensland, Australia.

Brady Marine & Civil specialises in the construction of port infrastructure and marine and coastal structures, such as jetties and wharves.
Founded in 2010, Brady Marine & Civil works on projects throughout Australia. The company employs around 100 people in Brisbane and generated revenue of about AUD 65 million (approximately €42 million) in 2020.

Brady Marine & Civil, a leading marine infrastructure specialist, has worked on a number of important projects across Australia, such as Brisbane International Cruise Terminal, Garden Island’s Cruiser Wharf, the Harwood and Grafton bridges, the Homebush Bay Bridge and the HIAL North Jetty.

The Australian company will add to Soletanche Bachy’s expertise in maritime work projects under its ForSHORE brand, which helps clients all over the world with port infrastructure financing, construction , repair and maintenance projects when facing major geotechnical challenges.
