Born in Paris on 27 December 1970, Jean-Serge Boissavit graduated with a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and a DEA (Masters in economic and business law) from the Université Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
He started his career in 1994 within the Office of the General Counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London.
In 1997, he joined Bouygues as a financial officer within the Development and Financial Engineering department.
After having been appointed partner and Business Development Director in the start-up Constructeo, he joined VINCI in 2003 in the Structured Finance department. Alongside his duties, he was put in charge of overseeing the development of Cambodia Airports, acting for a while as CEO of the company. In 2006, he was appointed Director of the Moscow-St. Petersburg motorway project. In 2011, he took charge of the overseas development of VINCI Concessions (Latin America, Asia, Africa).
In May 2016, he was appointed Business Development Director for Vinci Construction.
