Malaysian office tower deal for VINCI Construction


VINCI Construction Grands Projets has signed a 60 million contract with the Akal Megah Sdn Bhd

company to design and build an office tower in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, the capital of the state of Sabah

in the northern part of the island of Borneo.

The contract covers design and construction of a four-level car park, a three-storey podium of shops and a 10-storey office tower with a total area of 65,000m 2 .

Work will start today and handover is scheduled for 31 March 2015. 

VINCI Construction Grands Projets is already at work in Malaysia building the 185,000m 2 Berjaya Central Park project.
